Senior Move Assistance Plan

Senior Moving, Downsize & Estate Sale
|
PHASE I:
|
- Review new home layout/furniture placement
- Measure furniture
- Discuss move plan and cost options
- Discuss date of move
|
|
PHASE II:
|
- Tag and list all items to be moved
- Discuss/Arrange plan for remaining items not needed (Estate Sale, Shipping to family member, Charity donation or storage)
- Photo of item placement
- Arrange moving date and packing date
- Arrange utility, phone & mail transfer
|
|
MOVE DAY:
|
- Meet & oversee movers load and unload the truck
- Unpack and arrange belongings in new home (Includes: Clean/Dust items unpacked, hang pictures, arrange and decorate similar to previous location, make up bedding, hang towels and discard packing materials)
- Vacuum, dust, launder bedding & towels if need
- Each move includes "Welcome Home" flower arrangement.

FINAL TOUCH:
|
- Review/Prepare remaining items for estate sale, Charity pickup, Storage or Shipping
- Clean vacant home and prepare for market sale
- Arrange for Real Estate listing of property if needed
|
|
FEE'S:
|
- Minimum $800 up to 750 sq ft. (Based on new home)
- $250 add for each additional 250 sq ft.
- Estate Sale at 30% of total sale
- Vacant house check $25 weekly (home security check and remaining mail pickup)
|
NOTE: Above fees do not include mover, packing supplies, storage fee, and Real Estate cost.
