We provide a safe and secure watch over your home while you are away.
Standard Inspections include the following:

Home Exterior
- Dispose of newspapers / door hangers
- Check for mail delivery if mailbox located outside
- Inspect residence exterior for damage & evidence of plumbing leaks
- Ensure motion activated security lights are operational if applicable
- Inspect residence exterior for evidence of insects / rodents
- Spray weeds if requested ($5.00 extra per visit)
- Complete additional request as noted on client information sheet
Home Interior / Garage
- Flush toilets / run faucets
- Inspect residence interior & plumbing for evidence of leaks
- Inspect residence interior for damage
- If timers are used ensure light bulbs are operational
- Check for mail delivery if mailbox located inside home
- Inspect residence interior for evidence of insects / rodents
- Ensure all doors / windows are secure
- Activate security system if applicable
- Contact client if findings are questionable or require attention
